Filling out a short questionnaire helps us both understand your needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll book in a discovery call.

Like our first date. We get to know each other, discuss your needs and expectations, as well as your goals. Investing in a website is a big deal, so ask all the questions.

the boring part

Contracts (so fun, I know) but they help protect us both and outline what’s expected throughout the process. Once the deposit is paid and start date is agreed, we move onto the fun stuff.

the interior

This is where things get exciting. During our strategy call, we really get to know you and your business, your audience and how you want them to feel when they land on your website. By the end of this stage, we will have the strategy, moodboard, copy and assets ready to go.

the exterior 

Now I’ll begin to build out the vision, starting with the home page as the initial taster to ensure we’re on the same page. Once you’re happy with the design, I’ll continue to build out the rest of the website. 

revisions

After the full site is complete, you will get two rounds of revisions. I want you to be nothing short of obsessed with your website, so all feedback is welcome - no detail is too small.

After the revisions, mobile opitmisation & testing is done - we’re ready to launch and show you off to the world.

I will be on hand to help with any maintenance needed after we launch. I also want you to be familiar with your own website and confidently make any changes yourself without having to outsource each time - so you will get video tutorials on how edit your own site.

What do you need from me before we begin?

Before we begin designing your website, you must have branding, copy, and imagery ready. If you need any support with the branding or copy, please reach out to me - we can discuss this as an additional service! For imagery, you need your own professional photos, or else stock images / videos work too.

Do you offer payment plans?

Typically, the total cost of the project is divided into two payments. The first 50% is to be paid upon securing your space, and the remaining 50% is to be paid when the project is finished, before ownership is transferred to you. 

Is the initial deposit refundable?

No, the initial deposit is non-refundable. When we agree to work together and set a star date, this time is exclusively reserved for you to ensure your project gets all the time and attention it deserves. This results in other projects sometimes being turned away, or booked for a later date. If you cancel, this leaves an empty spot that could have been allocated to another project. This deposit serves as a commitment from you to show that you intend on moving forward with the project, and from me, as my dedicated time to you. 

Are there any additional fees that are not included in your packages?

The client is responsible for purchasing own domain and the website hosting subscription. Any additional platforms or softwares the client wishes to integrate are the client’s responsibility to cover any associated fees. 

It's important to note that Omni Creative is not responsible for domain issues, software issues, server downtime, or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site from your hosting or domain provider.

What platform will the website be built on?

Your website will be built on Showit, a drag-and-drop platform that’s incredibly easy to use - no coding required. After launch, you’ll be able to update text, images and even adjust layouts yourself, without needing a designer for every little tweak.

I’ll also provide you with step-by-step video tutorials tailored to your site so you feel confident making simple updates on your own. Showit also integrates seamlessly with WordPress for blogging, is fully mobile-responsive, and is designed with SEO in mind, so your site not only looks stunning but works hard for your business too.

How long does the process take from booking to launch?

Most websites take 3–6 weeks depending on the package, your feedback speed, and content readiness. I’ll provide a clear timeline and check-ins so you always know where we’re at.
